Kendriana Price is a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky where she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a 2016 graduate of Murray State University where she received her master’s degree in Human Development and Leadership. She will be continuing her education in the Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice program at Trevecca Nazarene University. New to the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food and Environment Office of Diversity, she brings a strong service background to the Inclusion and Diversity Program Coordinator role. Ms. Prices background includes more than five years in non-formal education where she previously has served as a county extension educator in Christian County, KY and a middle school community liaison for Metro Nashville Public Schools. With serving others as one of her core values, she has also held national and state-level leadership positions for the National Association for Extension 4-H Agents and Kentucky Association for Extension 4-H Agents. She also is the recipient of the 2016 Granville King Diversity Award and 2017 Kentucky Extension Diversity Team Award. A quote she lives by is, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” Mahatma Gandhi.
